About the Client: The Start Financing Facility (SFF) is the Start Network answer to better fund humanitarian crisis worldwide by empowering local NGOs to analyse crisis risks, collectively plan and access pre-arranged financing.
After conducting qualitative interviews of all the stakeholders* involved in this new service, we highlighted gaps that needed to be addressed internally before launch. My business partner** facilitated strategic conversations, while I mapped out the service design blueprint. Together, we helped answer critical business questions through ideation, rapid prototyping, and user testing*** in order to fine-tune their MVP.
*We collaborated with 4 sprint participants (the “SFF Core Team”) and interviewed 12 experts (the “SFF X-Solution team”).
